Please Note :
- All players must be registered to commence pre-season training sessions.
- All players for Mods & Opens football must select “Create an Account” to create a profile in the new registration platform.
- 2022 Short Sizing Info:
All 2022 Kingsway JFC players will receive match day shorts on behalf of the club due to Kingsway Roos rebranding. You can select you shorts size within the registration process. Please see sizing chart below as there will be no swaps once size has been selected.
- Transferring players:
Player transfers will be completed online via the Registrar. To transfer to Kingsway JFC please email email@example.com providing your full name & date of birth.

- Payment of Fees:
Payment can be done online as part of your registration process. Simply follow the process on each website to make full payment. All players must be financial before the season commences.
***A minimum $50.00 deposit is required to register. If you are unable to pay the fees in full, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a voucher code to complete the registration. You will then receive information on payment plans to complete the balance of the registration.
Payment can be made to the clubs account (see below) using the player’s full name and Fees as the reference number.
- KidSport Funding:
The basic process for KidSport Registrations:
- Apply for KidSport via the DSR website. KidSportApplication
- Receive Voucher code and forward to email@example.com & firstname.lastname@example.org
- Register online; enter code and pay the difference via Credit Card or Internet Banking or deposit to the bank account listed above.
- If you are waiting on a kidsport code before completing your registration, please email the following details to email@example.com
Player Full Name, Date of Birth, School Year, Team played in last season (i.e. Year 5 Black)
Note: it is important to forward the code as without it the club cannot claim the code on your behalf and apply it to your child’s profile to ensure they are financial.
If you are planning on using KidSport please make sure you apply as soon as possible to avoid any delays receiving the code before the season starts.
- Payment of Fees:
If you are experiencing financial difficulties, the club may be able to assist by offering payment plans. Please contact our treasurer firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
- Proof of Age/Identity:
All new players to the football club are required to provide proof of age and identity via a birth certificate or passport. Please email this to email@example.com to complete the registration process.
Note: proof of age must be received by the club prior to the season commencing. Players will be ineligible to play until this has been supplied.
